Accessibility at BoardOps

We want everyone to be able to use our websites and applications, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our commitment

CMJ Consulting LLC d/b/a BoardOps is committed to making our websites and applications usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the BoardOps family (BoardOps, Parley, Sunshine, SuptEval, Quorum, and AgendaIQ), and we consider accessibility in design and testing.

Where we are

We are a small team, and some areas may not yet fully conform. We prioritize fixes for barriers that block core tasks. If you rely on a specific accommodation, we’re glad to work with you directly while we continue to improve.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email contact@boardops.org with the page or feature and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days.

For districts

Districts may request this statement, or our current conformance notes, for their own vendor-accessibility reviews. Email contact@boardops.org.
